These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the itmatrix website, applications, and data services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

This is placeholder legal copy for the itmatrix v2 marketing site. It must be reviewed by counsel before launch. The disclaimer language below is carried forward from the v1 site and should be preserved substantially as-is.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on or provided through the Service constitutes legal, tax, investment, financial, or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to pursue any trading strategy. The Service provides analytics and data for informational purposes only. All trading decisions are solely your own, and you are responsible for evaluating the risks. Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any API keys issued to you, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security or compliance risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or scrape the data beyond your entitled plan; circumvent rate limits, entitlement gates, or security controls; or use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others. Market data may be subject to exchange and vendor terms, including attestation requirements for certain index data.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change on renewal with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by itmatrix and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, itmatrix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
